- Meeting called to order at 7:31 PM by Andy KB1OIQ, PART Vice President
 
- Members introduced themselves
 
- Alan W1AHM, PART Treasurer,  presented the membership & treasurer’s report
 
- Field Day:
   -- Presentation led by field day chairman Andy KB1OIQ and George K1IG
   -- Thank you to Alan K1ALL for permitting PART to use his home as the field day site
   -- PART membership rose to the challenge of losing the traditional field day site
   -- Antenna challenges due to smaller site
   -- Band conditions were challenging
   -- 75 people signed in over the course of the weekend including visitors
   -- 1,009 total contacts
   -- 50 out of 50 states
   -- 8 out of 14 Canadian sections
   -- 14 GOTA operators
   -- Awards:
            --- Dave K1HT - CW DX Award
            --- Jim KC1YGY – Digital DX Award
            --- Adam AA1N – Master DX-er Award
