Notes:

- Meeting called to order at 7:33 PM by Adam AA1N, PART President

- Members introduced themselves

- Alan W1AHM presented the membership & treasurer’s report

- Field Day:
-- Presentation led by field day chairman Andy KB1OIQ
-- Bridge at entrance is out at Concord Rod and Gun Club – Unclear if the bridge will be ready by field day
-- Footbridge available but no means to transport equipment & personnel up the hill
-- No access for fire / ambulance
-- Need to consider alternate plan – field day from home
-- Membership in attendance expressed desire to be flexible should the bridge reopen in time
-- George K1IG mentioned that PARTs highest field day score was when we were forced to operate from home during COVID
-- Details on operating from home to follow
-- Looking into possible gathering after field day operations close at 2:00 PM Sunday
