- Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM by Adam AA1N, PART President

- Members introduced themselves

- Alan W1AHM presented the membership & treasurer’s report

-Chauncy K1OPE presented the results of his financial review showing no financial discrepancies and thanking members for their cooperation and participation

- Andy KB1OIQ, field day chairman, mentioned that we will be using K1P as our station call sign for field day. Andy also let us know that PART field day activities was mentioned in a Concord Rod and Gun Club proclamation from that state of Massachusetts.
