- Meeting called to order at 7:31 PM by George K1IG, PART President
 
- Attendees both in person and online were introduced
 
- Alan W1AHM presented the membership and treasurer’s report
 
- New Club Badges
            -- Andy KB1OIQ to send out email with potential designs
            -- Approximate cost $16 to $17 per badge
            -- No requirement to get a badge for new or existing membership
 
- Al-Hamra School, Shrewsbury, MA
            -- 11 students in Geoff W1GCF radio class
            -- Many of the students are likely coming to field day
 
- Lowell Technical High School
            -- Geoff W1GCF is working to setup radio program
           
- Field Day:
            -- Location: Concord Rod and Gun Club, Concord, MA
            -- When: June 28 and 29
            -- Antenna Setup: June 27 Tentatively 10 AM to 4 PM – email to follow
            -- 100 Watts maximum
            -- Stations: CW, Phone, Digital, GOTA, Satellite (no VHF this year)
            -- Operating as class 3A (3A EMA in the exchange)
            -- 20m and 40m expect to be the best bands for operating
            -- On-Site Communication: 446.025 simplex
            -- Spray your clothes with tick repellent / Recommend Permethrin
            -- Bring non-DEET insect repellent / Recommend Picardin (Icaridin)
