-  Chauncey K1OPE asked that those who received an email regarding the 2025 financial review respond promptly
 
- Adam AA1N  presented the membership & treasurer’s report on behalf of Alan W1AHM
 
- Field Day:

            --- Antenna Setup – Friday, June 26
            --- Field Day Activities – Saturday, June 26 & Sunday, June 27
            --- Tear-down and Cleanup - Sunday, June 27
   -- Leads and Assistants:
            --- Still need leads & assistants for the VHF station & the satellite station
            --- CW, Phone, and GOTA stations have leads and assistants
            --- Digital has a lead but needs an assistant
            --- Food needs a lead but has 2 assistants
            --- Safety, Site Liaison, Generators, Public Information Officer, Signage & Finance have leads
            --- HF Antennas has leads
