- Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM by George K1IG, PART President
 
- Attendees both in person and online were introduced
 
- Alan W1AHM presented the treasurer’s report
 
- Geoff W1GCF asked for volunteers for turkey distribution in Lowell
            -- Need 5 people
            -- Geoff to send out an email detailing the request
 
- George K1IG discussed the PART December Holiday Party
            -- 17 December 2024 6:00 PM at the Cameron Senior Center
            -- $40 per person estimated cost including raffle
            -- George to send out email once details are finalized
 
- George K1IG mentioned the ARRL 10 meter contest December 13 through 15
            -- Phone and CW
            -- Good contest for technicians
 
- George K1IG presented the official 2024 PART Field Day results
            -- PART operated in QRP mode limiting power to 5 watts
            -- Power was limited to batteries and solar power (no generators or grid power)
            -- We used only wire antennas strung from trees
            -- This was the second time that PART operated in QRP mode
            -- QRP mode was chosen because the facility was shared with a wedding reception
            -- We made 681 total contacts
            -- We scored 7,805 total points
            -- 12,081 points when home operators were included
            -- PART was the #2 station operating 4AB nationwide
            -- PART was the #1 4A station in Massachusetts
            -- PART was #92 out of 4,320 total entries (top 2%)
 
- Bob W1IS and Bob KC1DSQ presented Simple Antennas

- Alan K1ALL conducted the 2025 elections. George K1IG presented the following results:
